2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup quinoa (rinsed and dried)
1 cup buck wheat
1 1/2 cups pecans (or other nut or pumpkin seeds)
1 tsp fine grain sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
Bake 350 for 21-24 min. (Flip half way through and pat down in a cookie sheet).
You can add fruit after cooking and coconut half way through.
